10 Things to Do When You Feel So Depressed or Screwed
The previous several weeks have been so stressful that I haven't even been able to concentrate on my studies, let alone my life. Even though it may be difficult for you to deal with when you are not feeling well or are going through something, at least you are trying. But what should you do if you still feel the same?
After reading numerous self-help books. I gain knowledge that I can use to improve my life. When I feel down or sad, I attempt these things. Hope it's useful to you:
1. Take three to four deep breaths.
2. 2-3 min Dance to your favourite song...
3. Avoid going with the flow; let the circumstance pass before considering what you can do; if not, take your time.
4. Communicate with your favorite individual ( friends, family, your pet)...
5. Make an effort to follow your conscience...
6. Step outside to visit the cemetery...
7. Spend time with kids...
8. Check over your photos to see how lovely you are...
9. Start out with 15 minutes of daily meditation...
10. Make new friends and engage with strangers...

I find it really helpful to return shortly. Try this if you're feeling lost, depressed, or trapped, or your mind is blank.
2-3 min Your favorite song when you dance...
When you feel low listening to music is one of the best things that helps us a lot. music makes me happy and dance takes my negative energy and gives me a refreshment to think fresh. show the same your best moves which only belong to you.

It's not simple, but if we try, we can control it, in my opinion. I am aware that I can only wait if the issue is out of my control. I thus hold off till my thoughts are clear and prudent.
Communicate with your favorite individual (friends, family, your pet)...
Speak with your friends. It could be your parents, friends, siblings, pets (such as a dog or cat), or even you.
What do you do if your friends, parents, siblings, boyfriend/girlfriend, or anyone else is preoccupied with work or personal matters? Because this is the period when you are on your own, try not to feel depressed or lonely. It takes time, but in the end, you feel so wonderful about being your own person since only you can fully comprehend yourself.
Make an effort to follow your conscience...
Try to act by your conscience. Our conscience aids us in making the proper choice. when you are unsure about what to do or what not to do due to confusion? Which action is best for me? or not? If while doing something a voice entered your head, pay attention to it. If you can't detect or hear your own voice, attempt to concentrate. Keep in mind that you have a voice inside of you that guides you toward the best option.
Step outside to visit the cemetery...
Visit the graveyard when you're depressed or believe that everything is awful. Although it may sound strange or bizarre, going there makes you realize that you are nothing. Everything will be over in one day. Life is not bigger than your difficulties. Challenges can sometimes reveal your genuine worth.
Spend time with kids...
No matter how busy, exhausted, scared, depressed, unable to make a decision, or freaked out I am, this is still my favorite. When I start playing with kids, I feel such a sense of serenity that I can't stop playing games with them. Just lost in their universe, I was., I feel so relaxed, fresh, awake, and energetic.
Check over your photos to see how lovely you are...
When you're feeling down, or sullen, check your phone's photos and tell yourself at least twice how stunning and fantastic you are. I have five or six images of me and my pals in my room, so if I feel down or unconfident I can just glance at those pictures and it instantly lifts my spirits. you can be, ready to wear something cool or new and do the same makeup whatever you like.
Start out with 15 minutes. daily meditation...
I've had restless tendencies my entire life. Then I simply began meditating while simultaneously listening to mantras. My mind is now more peaceful thanks to meditation. A stage may be challenging at first, but your body eventually gets used to it. Today Set a goal of 15 minutes of meditation.
Make new friends and engage with strangers...
I mostly avoid going outside the home but when I have to buy books or go to the library, I go out and meet many people. For instance, I recently met Yash on the bus. He was reading a romance novel, so I started chatting with him about my favorite romance writers, and we continued talking until my bus stand didn't arrive.

I already tried some steps which i like to do when i feel so depressed , like 4th one is so iffective that "communicate with your favorite individual" as per my experience. Will try all of this when i feel stressful & depressed....🙂
